The Life Activity Calendar© is a custom, three-panel chart that graphically summarizes the lifestyle changes that occur in situations involving injury or wrongful death.
A simple checklist helps gather information about the person's activities both before and after the incident. Based on this information, the Life Activity Calendar compares typical before-and-after years to illustrate the impact of the injury on the person and/or the family, or the impact of the wrongful death on the survivors.

 Many people find it difficult to articulate the magnitude of their loss, regardless of how clear-cut the case is. In addition, many plaintiffs do not keep a diary or journal.
